We provide digital services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Development, and Social Media Management. All services are subject to the acceptance of a specific project proposal and agreement which will outline the scope, deliverables, and payment terms.
All payments for services are due in accordance with the terms outlined in the project agreement. We accept payments through various methods, including Stripe and PayPal. Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Clients may cancel a service with 30 days' written notice, subject to any cancellation fees outlined in the project agreement.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SHINY DROP LTD and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SHINY DROP LTD.
You agree not to use the Service to: upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; or upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
